Firstly, we would like to thank everyone at Unicus Homes for building us a beautiful home beyond our expectations. Luke is always approachable. We remember having multiple meetings with him before finalising the tender. He patiently explained all the options available and guided us appropriately through a lot of difficult decisions. He was always prompt in returning the emails or phone calls. He has great knowledge and experience in the construction work and worked well with our architect. The tradies he used are all top notch and very professional. Everyone who looked at the house are now saying the same. Luke and his team looked after every minute detail in construction process. When we decided to build our dream home we asked around for recommendations of a designer and builder. We had heard good things about Unicus and when our designer also recommended them it seemed like an ideal fit.
At the first meeting the stage was set when I said I wanted to be involved throughout the process and Luke said he fully expected as much – “it was our home”. The end result is a house I believe we are all proud of which I feel is a complete expression of who we are and how we want to live. We really have our “dream “home.

Our final decision to use Unicus Homes to build our dream home was based on Luke’s honest approach & character, his motivation and his enthusiasm to bring our home design to life. As Unicus Homes specialises in custom built homes and took on only a few projects a year, we felt very comfortable knowing that Luke would able to give our home the time and attention it required. During the build Luke kept us updated along the way and answered any questions we had in a timely manner . We met with all his contractors during construction and we were very impressed with their skills and communication. The end result was a completed beautiful new home that we are so proud of.
